Direct Personnel are an Australian owned and operated Labour Hire Company who specialise in flexible staffing solutions across all industries.
We are currently seeking a highly efficient resourcer to assist Senior Recruiters in filling blue collar positions as well managing all interviewing times and timesheets.
This busy role requires:
Solid administration skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications
An understanding of employment services and wage subsidies
Industrial/construction industry background is advantageous
The duties include but are not limited to:
Proactive Linkedin & Seek searching and talent pooling
Writing ads to post advertisements online
Resume & phone screening candidate applications
Reference checking and compliance requirements
Assist with social media and online recruitment campaigns
Hours are 8.00am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
