We have a great opportunity to learn Finance Broking. Our client - a highly successful and well respected finance company on the Gold Coast are looking to on-board the BEST TALENT to perform an INBOUND Finance broking role. You will be handling finance and loan application enquiries; from pre-submission to settlement and converting warm leads into sales. Our services include (but are not limited to) car and high end leisure finance, novated leases and personal loans. We provide full systems training, compliance & support in a fun, fast paced environment. To be successful in this role you must possess the following: Experience working towards KPI's Experience managing several computer systems. Excellent Customer Service skills and exposure handling general customer enquiries Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written A problem solver, find solutions your customers didn't even know about Strong work ethic and commitment to success Motivation Sales experience in a call centre environment will be highly regarded though not essential.
