Direct Personnel commits to all clients and all employees to comply with all legal requirements of health & safety according to WorkSafe QLD and the principle of Zero Harm.

Direct Management Team will ensure that all labor hire personnel are suitable and qualified for the role they will perform including fitness, competency and the right attitude to carry out their work without harm to themselves and others or to the environment.

It is the primary focus of Direct Personnel to protect our employees, our clients and to exceed all expectations in doing so. Direct Personnel complies with regulatory insurances, works compensation and has two WH&S officers on the management team.
